Traci is the Co-President of Wyoming Machine, Inc. Wyoming Machine is a precision sheet metal fabrication company employing 55 people. In their partnership with Pine Technical College they are actively involved in the college’s manufacturing alliance to raise awareness of manufacturing careers, provide training opportunities for incumbent workers and those pursuing manufacturing as a career. Traci is active in a number of skills gap initiatives in the state of Minnesota, including an effort to employ the use of data on job openings to drive program development at local colleges and universities to ensure program content meets the needs to employers with job openings.
