Grant serves as the Executive Director of the Independent Electrical Contractors- Chesapeake Chapter, a non-profit employer association representing merit-based electrical contractors in Delaware, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Affiliated contractors employ more than 15,000 people nationwide.
