
Mary Anne Sheahan
Chief Talent Officer Vermont Business Roundtable and the Vermont Talent PipelineMary Anne Sheahan serves as the Chief Talent Officer for the Vermont Business Roundtable and the Vermont Talent Pipeline, an initiative of the VBR Foundation. She is widely recognized as a Vermont workforce leader, specializing in Talent Pipeline Management (TPM), an employer-centered, demand-driven approach designed to address industry skill gaps. Under her leadership, the Vermont Talent Pipeline has partnered with over 185 employers across healthcare, manufacturing, and construction to develop direct recruitment and advancement pipelines, including on-ramps to high-demand career paths.
Mary Anne holds a master’s degree in business administration and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). Trained by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation in 2017, she is a TPM Academy Faculty member and curriculum developer and a peer-reviewed master practitioner. She contributes to workforce development efforts as the board member for Vermont Works for Women, Vermont Career and Technical Education Centers, and the Vermont Academy of Construction Excellence.
A graduate of the University of Vermont (UVM), she resides in Shelburne, VT with her husband, Chris, and is the proud parent of now grown children: Hugh, Clare, and Ted.
