Laura Reiman is a Boston-based, workforce development leader with more than 12 years of experience with economic mobility, access and alternative entry points to the workforce, program and performance management, organizational change, and strategic planning.  Laura has led and evaluatedprograms that support adults seeking career pathways from ideation to strategic scaling with a focus on data visualization and analysis, maximizing resources, and an equity lens.  Laura holds a master’s degree in public administration, and specializes in workforce development thought leadership, apprenticeship programs, micro-credentialing, public-private partnerships, and Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).
