Hall joined the Chamber profession in 1986 and has been in her current position since 2005. Hall’s expertise in contract negotiations is in the areas of Business and Community Development initiatives. The Longview Chamber believes strategic partnerships are key to moving communities forward. Chamber members value the Longview Chamber having a seat at the table and making things happen.

Hall also teaches and lectures across the country. She has served as an adjunct professor for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since 2015 for their Organizational Management Executive Program. Hall has taught courses ranging from organizational management, non-profit law, to strategic leadership. She also is an adjunct professor for LeTourneau University specializing in courses related to management and strategic leadership.

Hall’s leadership has not gone unnoticed. In July 2019, the Longview Chamber was recognized as Chamber of the Year by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) and in August of 2016 she was the first Chamber Executive in the country to be recognized twice with the distinguished Chairman’s Award from ACCE. In January of 2015, the Chamber Board of Directors recognized her with the ultimate recognition by giving her the Chairman’s Award at their annual meeting. Hall was also recognized in 2013 by her community when she received the Stars Over Longview community award. In 2013 she was recognized by Texas State Chamber of Commerce Executives when named the 2013 Marvin Hurley Award recipient.

Education and professional development are at the core of who Hall is. Hall was one of 10 chamber executives who graduated from ACCE’s first Healthy Communities Fellowship in 2019. In 2016, she completed the Education Attainment fellowship with ACCE. Hall earned her master’s degree in strategic leadership (MSL) in 2014 from LeTourneau University. In 2007 she completed Leadership Texas with the Texas Women’s Foundation. Hall completed the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management in 1993 from SMU and holds a BS:BA in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
